Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original state.
• Accompanied by all authentic tags, documentation, and accessories.
• Placed in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

3. Shipping Requirements

All returns must be dispatched using a trackable postal service. A tracking number is required to monitor the return status and ensure it reaches our facility safely.

4. Costs of Return

• Personal Preference (Change of mind, fit, or style): The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Juttiboot does not provide pre-paid labels for elective returns. You may select any reliable carrier (such as Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator) to facilitate the return.
• Defective or Incorrect Shipments: In the event of a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, the return is free of charge ($0.00). We will issue a digital pre-paid shipping label via email for you to print and use.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not believe in hidden penalties. Juttiboot does not charge any restocking fees for processed returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Request Authorization: Email contact@juttibootstore.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. Our team will provide a return authorization and the correct warehouse address.
2. Packaging: Securely pack the item, ensuring all tags and original components are included.
3. Dispatch: Ship the package following the instructions provided in our authorization email.

Inspection & Reimbursement

• Verification: Upon receipt at our warehouse, your return will be inspected to verify it meets our condition standards (typically completed within 1 business day).
• Approval: Once approved, your refund is processed immediately.
• Payment: Funds are credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement. We refund the full purchase price.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to coordinate exchanges for different sizes or models:

• Contact our support team first for specific exchange instructions.
• No exchange fees are applied.
• While the customer covers the return postage to our facility, Juttiboot will cover the shipping cost of the new replacement item sent to you.

Order Cancellations

We offer a 24-hour window for cancellations after an order is placed. Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the fulfillment process has begun (after 24 hours), the order can no longer be revoked.
