- Defective or Incorrect Shipments: In the event of a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, the return is free of charge ($0.00). We will issue a digital pre-paid shipping label via email for you to print and use.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not believe in hidden penalties. Juttiboot does not charge any restocking fees for processed returns.
